Classroom Management

Manage class is one of important skills that must be possessed by a student teacher. Because of that form this practicum I learn a lots from my cooperating teacher to manage a class. Based on my practice I manage class by walking around during the lesson when I explain the material, I am walking around to check every student to pay attention during the lesson. When students were noisy I use a bell that was provided by school to make the students in proper condition. When I wanna ask student to make a group discussion, in that condition I use bell too.

For example :

The first bell sounds is  a sign if students have to stand up and bring their bags

The second bell sounds is a sign if students have to move to their group

The third bell sounds is a sign if students have to sit properly in their group

After all students sit properly in the group, I as their teacher will give instruction for discussion.
