Measurement and Evaluation System

Measurement and evaluation are important things that must be done by the school toward students to find out whether students understand the material that has been taught. UST Junior High School use quiz, assignment, and PETA as their instrument for measure and evaluate. PETA is a big project for student that help them to increase their score. But not all the subject use PETA like Earth science subject at grade 7. Every quiz is held after one subtopic is finished and this is called mini quiz and for big quiz is held after one full topic is finished. Teachers will measure student’s score based on their quiz, assignment and PETA in the end of the period. For information in UST Junior High School, they divide one year to be fourth period.
