Planning for Teaching

Based on my experience, teachers in UST Junior High School have to make a lesson plan and sub plan. They have to make subplan everyday, because subplan use per a day for sub topic  but for  lesson plan is used for one big topic, example topic about the earthquake and for subplan about disaster mitigation. Disaster mitigation is part of earthquake topic, so the disaster mitigation is subtopic. There were several steps that must teacher di for planning for teaching. The first, teacher have to check the topic before teaching, after that they have to prepare material and study the topic such as use a textbook, internet for their sources then they have to make a presentation for lesson. Teacher not only have to make sure if they master in the topic, but also make sure about what strategies should they do to make learning not boring but students can still understand the material well during learning. Because of that reason, teacher has to make and arrange the lesson plan in great detail. After the teacher makes a lesson plan or subplan, they have to submit to the principal of UST Junior High School.
