Teaching in Class

On the second observation day, my cooperating teacher taught continental drift theory. She explained use a powerpoint and almost the slide that she prepared only picture. My cooperating teacher started the lesson with giving motivation for her student. motivation is by presenting picture of Jurassic park movie. My cooperating teacher use that picture to leading the students to the lesson about one of  the evidence of continental drift and the evidence is fossil (dinosaur fossil). During the lesson my cooperating teacher explanation, she also gave question to the students for developing their critical thinking skills and as a trigger to more understand about the topic. At the end of the class, my cooperating teacher ask the students to derive an important life lesson from the topic.
